Design |
Collaboratively
prototype, test and refine the actual scorecard interface
to ensure end-use acceptance and long-term success.
Activities Statement
– A set of customized site measurement
activities (metrics, surveys, usability studies, user
profiling, etc.) that provide a clear view of performance
against objectives. This deliverable defines the execution,
frequency, and purpose of each activity by objective.
Key Performance
Indicators (KPI’s) – A catalogue
and definition of the measurements of site effectiveness
that best indicate how well it's performing.
Strategy Map -
A map to show the direction of your site's scheduled
performance against plan over a 12 month frame. This
enables better planning and resource allocation. |

Deploy scorecard so that users can
easily and effectively use it as an essential component
of their site production and evaluation processes.
Scorecard Template -
This is the actual scorecard that you and your producers
will use to measure site performance over time. It
can be in html, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access to keep
the learning curve close to flat.
Support Plan -
EaseAbility will train end-users and provide a customized
user-guide. We will also support you in your first
Scorecard cycle, or if you prefer, deliver the first
scorecard collaboratively as a training tool.
